- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.

- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.

These are pile jacquard series pants with a 3/4 length.
A soft and gentle design featuring the MH logo in cream on a beige base.
The smooth feel of the pile fabric against the skin makes these pants comfortable to wear without stress.
