🎂 Birthday Gift Redemption Policy

Eligible Participants

• Any customers who have registered their child’s birthday on our website

Minimum Purchase Requirement

• Minimum spending of $50 (before tax) to redeem a birthday gift
• Higher spending unlocks more gift choices
• Once a level is reached, you may choose gifts from lower levels

Eligibility Period

• The birthday promotion is valid for a total of three months:
• One month before the baby’s birthday
• The birthday month
• One month after the baby’s birthday

Example: If your baby’s birthday is on April 15, you will receive an email with all redemption codes on March 1. The codes will be valid from March 1 to May 31.

Refunds & Exchanges

• Orders that include a birthday gift are eligible for one-time exchange only within 7 days of receiving the order. Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
• The replacement item(s) must have a total value equal to or higher than the exchanged item(s).
• No refunds and no store credit will be issued for orders containing birthday gifts.

Shipping Policy

• FREE Shipping Over $300 before tax (excluding ON SALE ITEMS)
• Standard shipping charge is a flat rate of $25. Customers may select Express Post at checkout for a charge of $45.
• During high volume seasons, public holidays and unforeseeable circumstances, shipments may be delayed. Remote locations may take additional five business days.
• Delivery times and shipping costs are subject to changes. Please contact our Customer Service team or Canada Post if you have any concerns.
