Refund policy

We only accept returns, no exchange.

One-time online return is permitted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for shipping expenses when returning the items.

A 15% Restocking fee will be charged on the price of returning item.

 

Please contact us through email or WeChat first before you send us back the items for return.  We need to confirm with you first that the items you wish to return are not FINAL SALE.


Return items must be accompanied by a return form and packaging with tags intact and in the condition of being unworn, unused, unwashed and not damaged (including stains or odour).


The following issues do not warrant a return. We appreciate your understanding.

  1. Colour differences: The material of the clothes, colour of the monitor screen, etc. may cause a slight difference in colour. The actual product in a shipment is the correct colour.
  2. Sizing: Measurements are based on average sizing. Each individual may measure each product differently. Differences within 2-3 cm are normal and are not a reason for return.
  3. Final sale items: For hygienic and safety reasons, the following products are not returnable/exchangeable.

- p. All sale items are final sale and shoes that are on sale will not come with a shoebox


Special Note:

  1. Returns without approvals will not be accepted
  2. If the product does not meet our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the products.
  3. Price adjustments are not accepted.
