- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.

- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.

These are three-quarter length pants with a black bear and star motif. With a design and colors that are easy to match with T-shirts, these pants are recommended for summer.
・The indigo blue has stretch and uses fabric made by Kaihara with a bio-bleach finish
・The khaki uses a stretchy twill material with a smooth feel on the skin
・A carefully designed piece featuring a star motif and matching fabric on the back pockets
・Three-quarter length that covers the knees
・The elastic waistband has an adjuster for size adjustment
