Miki House Pre-order Policy

  1. All pre-orders are FINAL SALE.
    1. Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
    2. If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.
  2. Payments must be made in full amount prior to pre-order placements.
  3. In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
  4. No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
  5. Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.
  6. No cancellations are accepted once the pre-order is made. Exchange in sizes subject to availability and may cost extra fees.
  7. Stock availability can only be guaranteed when the payment is made.
  8. Once your order is being made, it means that you are willing to accept the terms and conditions.
