- All pre-orders are FINAL SALE.
- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.
- Payments must be made in full amount prior to pre-order placements.
- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.
- No cancellations are accepted once the pre-order is made. Exchange in sizes subject to availability and may cost extra fees.

Attach it to the back panel to cool a broad area efficiently.
Chill and reuse.
[Attaching to a backpack]
1. Wrap the elastic straps around the backpack shoulder straps.
2. Hook them through the stopper loops. Note: Hooks may be stiff at first.
3. Hold the stopper button while pulling the strap, then adjust to the right position.
Note: Wrapping it around the handle as well prevents slipping and improves stability.
Note: Straps are intentionally long. Tie excess length for a neat finish.
