- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.
- Payments must be made in full amount prior to pre-order placements.
- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.

Dresses and skirts designed so that the smoothness, luster, and color of each material are carefully considered and their respective beauties resonate gracefully with one another. Socks that allow you to coordinate all the way down to the feet.
The sophisticated contrast created by the different materials gives off a charming yet exceptional presence.
These are slim three-quarter length pants that create a refined coordinated look.
Sea Island cotton jersey material, yarn-dyed twill material with silk blend, and carefully selected lace.
Combining different materials, this piece offers both high quality and comfortable wear.

・The outer fabric uses lightweight Sea Island cotton, and the lining to prevent transparency uses 100% cupro, a regenerated fiber derived from cotton, for a smooth feel and easy wear
