- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.
- Payments must be made in full amount prior to pre-order placements.
- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.

These are pants from the retro and warm Classic Bear series.
Despite the calm coloring, the vertically arranged animal patches and the fabric switching on the pocket areas give a retro atmosphere and a cute impression that are characteristic of Classic Bear.
The pants are finished with a fresh element featuring the “Animal Appliqué” pattern.
・Pockets: Yes (both sides at the front, both sides at the back, left side of the leg)
・The waist is adjustable with an elastic adjuster
・The lining at the hem uses the “Animal Appliqué” pattern, creating a cute design where it peeks out when rolled up
・We recommend an advanced styling by pairing it with a top from the same series and rolling up the pant hems to show the “Animal Appliqué” pattern
