Miki House Pre-order Policy
- All pre-orders are FINAL SALE.
- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.
- Payments must be made in full amount prior to pre-order placements.
- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.
- No cancellations are accepted once the pre-order is made. Exchange in sizes subject to availability and may cost extra fees.
- Stock availability can only be guaranteed when the payment is made.
- Once your order is being made, it means that you are willing to accept the terms and conditions.
*Because these are designed with a relaxed fit, we recommend choosing the size that matches your child’s actual foot measurements.

These are collaboration shoes from “Miki House × Mizuno,” created with great care for the healthy growth of your child’s feet.
The “Miki House × Mizuno” collaboration shoes have been renewed.
These kids’ shoes are highly recommended, combining excellent design and functionality.
・The opening widens greatly, and the wide hook-and-loop fastener makes them easy to put on and take off.
・Equipped with the Ashiyubi Walking Insole, which supports natural walking by helping children push off using their toes.
・The main synthetic leather and mesh materials use environmentally conscious materials based on recycled polyester.
“Ashiyubi Walking Insole”
(1) Textured toe area that toes can grip
(2) Flex structure that bends along with the foot
(3) 3D structure that wraps around the heel
(4) Fitting guide at the toes that lets you quickly check the correct size
(5) Matching picture print to align left and right
They are also equipped with original Miki House features.
・Flex sole: Designed to bend along with the foot as your child walks. This function supports proper walking.
・Firm counter: Uses a large, firm heel counter to securely hold heels that tend to tilt inward.
・Last design with relatively wide 2E-equivalent width: Designed with a 2E-equivalent width.
*For those using both the Ashiyubi Walking Insole and an additional insole
Due to the nature of the Ashiyubi Walking Insole, we recommend wearing it in as close to the correct size as possible.
However, if you purchase an additional insole to adjust the fit because the size does not match, please place the extra insole underneath the Ashiyubi Walking Insole.
