- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.
- Payments must be made in full amount prior to pre-order placements.
- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.

Summer marine series.
These three-quarter length pants, made from vividly colored, bright blue fabric, are full of summer vibes.
The back body uses an inlay material like sweatshirt fabric, giving a casual impression while also providing comfortable wear.
・The waist is adjustable with an elastic adjuster
・Pockets: Yes (both front sides, both back sides)
・The inside of the hem has a check pattern, so you can also wear them with the hem turned up
・A summery marine style is recommended when paired with the T-shirt (12-5214-791)
・By using the same series’ check fabric as an accent on the turn-up hem and back pockets, the design creates a sense of unity within the series
