- All pre-orders are FINAL SALE.
- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.
- Payments must be made in full amount prior to pre-order placements.
- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.
- No cancellations are accepted once the pre-order is made. Exchange in sizes subject to availability and may cost extra fees.

These are 3/4 length pants with a 2-way design that can also be worn without the suspenders.
To match the image of the T-shirt, we used plenty of knitted motifs and added fine embroidery to the suspender straps, creating a visually luxurious design.
・Pockets: Yes (both front sides)
・Waist is adjustable with an elastic adjuster
・Shoulder straps are adjustable in two stages (with adjustment buttons on the back straps)
・A fully exclusive coordinated outfit is recommended when combined with the casquette (11-9102-794), T-shirt (12-5222-792), and socks (11-9601-796)
