- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.

- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.

These are three-quarter length pants made from functional material with sweat-absorbing, quick-drying, and cool-to-the-touch properties.
The pile fabric bunny on the pocket and the bunny point embroidery on the back pocket add an accent.
In addition to the easy-to-match classic blue color, they are available in two colors including a cool-looking ice green.
・The waist is adjustable with an elastic adjuster
・Pockets: Yes (both front sides, right back side)
・Side tape is applied to the inside of the hem, so they can also be worn with the hem turned up
