- Manufacturing defects must be predetermined by MIKI HOUSE CANADA via pictures of the manufacturing defects.
- If manufacturing defects are confirmed, refunds will be issued as store credit ONLY.
- Payments must be made in full amount prior to pre-order placements.
- In case of product unavailability or supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
- No price adjustments will be made after the order is placed.
- Shipping and delivery time of the pre-order will be notified once the order is ready to ship. The time various depends on the stock arrival, custom clearance time, and other unforeseen reasons. Please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected.
- No cancellations are accepted once the pre-order is made. Exchange in sizes subject to availability and may cost extra fees.

This is a short-sleeved dress that uses MH check for the skirt portion.
With its refreshing gray check pattern and lightweight fabric, it is a perfect dress for summer outings and trips.
The yacht motif on the chest uses glittery thread with lamé for a sparkling design.
・The top part is made of lightweight jersey material, so it can be worn comfortably even on hot days
